Within the scope of the project, the automatic population of product-specific recipe information prevented incorrect entries. Furthermore, since the system provided advance knowledge of which products were arriving at which packaging line, the necessary material supply for the packaging lines was prepared in advance, thus preventing line stoppages.

A Laser Marking Machine was built for the Phinia company to ensure marking and identification processes to ensure individual product traceability.

The machine was designed with three-axis movement capability, creating a flexible structure.
The system was integrated with Oracle. The serial numbers to be printed on the products were obtained from Oracle. After the marking process, the code content, grade, and position were automatically checked with a camera.
Confirmation information was sent back to Oracle for suitable parts.
