Groupe Atlantic, founded in France in 1968, is an international company that provides solutions for needs such as water heating, air heating, air conditioning, and ventilation.
Currently, the company operates with 25 factories and 8,000 employees, having entered the Turkish market in 2007. Our client, which manufactures towel radiators and combi boilers at its Turkish operation, continues its activities at its location in the Aegean Free Zone with approximately 450 employees.
Through the developed application, integrated with the Schierholz system, recipe information was automatically retrieved from the ERP system and populated into the relevant fields in the Schierholz system. Additionally, the positions of the bars on the line were tracked through the system, and the bar and product information arriving at the packaging lines were reported on a screen.
Within the scope of the project, the automatic population of product-specific recipe information prevented incorrect entries. Furthermore, since the system provided advance knowledge of which products were arriving at which packaging line, the necessary material supply for the packaging lines was prepared in advance, thus preventing line stoppages.
